Most engagements range from $25k for a focused build or audit to $400k+ for a larger platform. We give honest ranges on the first call rather than weeks into a proposal.
How long until we start?
We book new engagements one quarter at a time. Once scope is agreed we typically begin within two to four weeks, starting with a short discovery phase.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA before the first call, and we never share inquiries or project details with third parties.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes — about half of our engagements are embedded alongside an in-house team. We bring senior depth and leave runbooks, tests, and documentation so the work is maintainable after we wind down.
